I was under the impression that I had booked a nice room, for me to relax in after over a month of hostels but I was really gutted by what I received, A out dated room with broken aircon, a barely functional tv, just disappointed! However if I was just shown the room I was given in the pictures I reckon I wouldn’t be as shocked

Quiet place to stay, reasonable, housekeeping done a great job, loved our stay here

Unfortunately this was one of the worst accommodation experiences I’ve had. The room was unsanitary and uninhabitable. The walls were dirty, the bedding was stained (including what appeared to be a footprint on the valance), and the mattress had exposed springs that made it impossible to sleep comfortably. The most serious issue was a constant raw sewage smell throughout both the bedroom and bathroom. The smell was so severe that we were unable to use the shower. When we raised this at reception, the staff member laughed and acknowledged how bad it was. The owner admitted he was aware of the smell but said there was nothing he could do and couldn’t move us to another room. The only “solution” offered was spraying air freshener and changing the sheets, which did not resolve the issue. The replacement sheets were also stained and the smell returned immediately, continually worsening as the day went on. We were forced to sleep on top of the bedding using our own towels due to the conditions and were unable to rest properly. We were originally booked for three nights but left after one night due to the conditions. Staying one night was not a choice — we would have left immediately if it had been possible. On check-out there was no apology or assistance. Despite signs advertising taxi services at reception, we were dismissed when asking for help and sent away. I would strongly advise others to avoid staying here.

Very nice place, simple quiet room, but near to beach, restaurants, bars, massage, I like it very much.

Hotel was really good. Good location. Woman behind reception was helpful and let us leave our bags in reception after we checked out.
