CONS: Don't be fooled by the photos, its expectation vs reality. The hotel's bldg is old so the CR, faucet, and shower is rusty and defective. There are cockroach or ants in the room. The aircon doesn't get cool. PROS: They let me checkin early. The staff are nice, approachable and helpful. It's walking distance to SM Mindpro and downtown proper.

I would not recommend this hotel to my friends and love ones especially those living outside zamboanga So we just checked out at this hotel today. We stayed 5nights 6days at this hotel. Stayed in one room due to slow to no internet connection at all, then transferred to another room after informing the front desk (thumbs up for giving us a solution). Hotel rooms are very outdated. Comfort room stinks and rusted. Not well maintained. Too many cockroaches (God knows how many there were). Good thing no bed bugs. Ive been to diff hotels both outside and within the city, and this is by far the hotel that i wont be checking-in the future. So for those who are after for cleanliness, this hotel isnt for you. Location wise, yes its within the city proper and walking diatance to many establishments. If i can only get back my money and pay it to other hotels I would...

Rooms are kinda old but tidy and just okay for a place to stay after travelling outside. Location is good and they have water refilling station which is nice.

Agoda, though l am just a small time player. But l am proud of myself because l am using my blood money to travel. Yes over my book at Central District Hotel Davao City. As l check in late 2030/2100 hr and given a room without window. I was told by the staff my booking is without window. But just for your information , l will NEVER NEVER book a hotel room without a window and this is my principle/bottom lines. And l had my point with the in-charge " Is Agoda NOT honest or your hotel is lying " May l ask you Agoda " Did you verify the room's details first before selling to people like me ? " Or this is the way how you made tons of money ? And the Central District Hotel staff told me Agoda is going to call me, but did you call ? The answer is BIG BIG NO NO. right ? They initially booked us in a room on the second floor. It was unfortunately right by the area with ongoing renovations so it was quite noisy. We then requested to be transferred to another room which had just been freshly available and cleanliness wasnt at its peak level. I couldnt blame them with the transfer being requested at such short notice. All in all, youre getting what you pay for. Wifi was suitable enough for our needs. Water dispensers were also available for refills which was a huge plus. Tidiness of rooms were to be improved upon.
