The hotel‘s location is stunning. What a view, including from the private terraces. The two pools are amongst the most beautiful I have seen so far. Yet, the hotel charges like a five star hotel with several things being odd. First is the rooms, which are nice but also a bit odd. They have a weird acoustic, the showers are made of natural rocks which do not seem to be the most hygienic and worst, the wall separating the bathroom from the rest are incomplete, making every toilet visit awkward. Next is the material, which is very heavy on the concrete side. Even wood pillars are actually made of concrete and then painted. This give the the hotel a partially cheap look, which is unfortunate. Third is the cuisine. While the room rates are high, the food prices are quite low which is unfortunately reflected in the taste of the food. The food was probably our biggest disappointment during our visit. We were still happy with our visit because of the amazing(!!) views and friendly staff. Yet, to summarize, you pay a five star price for the view and the pools, while the rest of the hotel is rather three star.

Great hotel and service
Great service and accommodation. Views are unbeatable. Easy access to hikes which was arranged by hotel. You can follow trailmaps but easier with guide. I bit further away from the main tourist attractions in Ella but if you are looking for a few days of hikes or relaxing by the pool this is a great place

Where Nature Meets Elegance
We stayed at Dream Cliff for just one night, and honestly—it felt like a full vacation. From the moment we arrived, the view took our breath away. The room opened up to endless hills and misty skies, and we just sat there soaking it all in. The staff were kind and welcoming, even though we were only there for a short stay. They made us feel special, and everything was smooth—from check-in to dinner. The food was tasty and nicely presented, and we loved the quiet atmosphere. The room was clean, cozy, and had a touch of luxury. We didn’t use the pool since it was a bit chilly, but it looked beautiful. For couples, especially if you want a peaceful break from the busy world, this place is ideal—even for just one day.
