Only reason I booked this hotel for a weekend getaway is that it was on offer on Agoda plus close it was to where I live. I forgot my slippers and requested one and they said twice they will bring, but never did. Then we asked the reception and the short haired granny there told us that we paid less for the booking and were not supposed to get any amenities for that price. They could've at least lied to us that they don't have rubber slippers to provide and it would've been ended there. But then had the audacity to discriminate us based on the amount we paid. I hope they put a notice on offers that "you're not entitled for requests if you get a room on offer". The central AC is not working and they have put newer secondary regular one's. It gets the job done but probably gives the hotel a massive bill as it can't settle the temperature of the large room by itself. The door lock pin was gone for some reason too. Food is below average and they had very little to offer. Then again who are we to complain because we "paid less". Everyone at the hotel is actually pretty nice and always works with a smile and helps you when needed. The hotel do however put you in rooms with broken stuff, bad condition if you're a local who'll be paying less. The hotel manager lady I guess (mentioned above) literally said room 315 is a good room that should be given to a foreigner 😂 I wouldn't have written this review if I didn't here that. This confirms that they will put you in rooms based on how much you pay. It's an ok hotel definitely not 5 star maybe 4 star on their best days. I do not recommend this hotel if you're paying the full price for it. Sorry if this makes the hotel looks bad, but I have to say all this. Again, the staff is really nice and helpful doing their very best to keep things going. Don't get too many hopes if you're staying here. Never have I ever been told that you have paid less, our rooms go for 300$ a night. 300$ a night for what exactly?

The location of the hotel is good. The rooms are comfortable and the surroundings are pleasant. However, the customer service could be improved. The staff were polite but not very attentive or responsive at times. With better service, this place could easily be a top-rated stay!
