Let me start by saying the hotel has its charms. The location is quite convenient, close (within walking) to party places and Robinsons mall. When we checked in, I noticed the walls seemed moldy (dark spots, area) covered by white paint. The bathroom was dismal, beds were the hardest I’ve ever slept in. The piece de resistance is when we called the front desk as the tv was not working. Called two more times and finally they sent someone. The poor guy didn’t know what he was doing, giving us a number of excuses as to why the tv was not working. We called the front desk to send us another tech to check the tv. We even asked them to just move us to a room with a working TV, to which the front desk readily responded they were sold out that day (I was online checking for rooms on Agoda for the same room type, same dates were staying) and that they’re not able to move us. When I told her about it, she backtracked then said she’ll said someone else to fix the tv. That guy finally did. I just hope they fix the customer service in this hotel. And also do something about the mold. It’s embarrassing, not to mention, unhealthy. I won’t stay here again based on my first time experience.

Pangit ng hotel, bastos mga staff, mabagal ang service. Madaling araw may kumakatok sa pinto sasabihing room service.

Although the staffs were kind, we were not satisfied with the service and facilities. There were error in their booking system causing us to be transferred to another type of room which is a cheaper type than what we actually booked. It was not conducive to us. There were many unreasonable charges, there is a cost for their pool facility anndddd surprisingly even of you‘ll just be staying in the poolside to look out for your kids while swimming has also another charge. Like…whattt??? Unreasonable! Room was not clean when we get there especially the cr. Towels were not also properly prepared for the guest when we get there, it is still inside the plastic bag from the laundry when we saw it on. TV is not working and there is only 1 key card for the room considering that we‘re in group! In addition, training wise, I think the staffs need to be equipped more especially in dealing with customers‘ concerns as there were also miscommunications happened in between. They also need to consider CPI as their process are too bureaucratic.

Hotel location is very good since the location is very near airport. The room is clean and aircon is good. We just had one problem for pick up at the airport. The driver should have placard where it indicates the hotel or the name of the passenger. I still need to call the hotel to find out if the vehicle is already at the airport and the reception even asked us the color of our blouse to identify us. The passenger should not do that. The driver should be easy to locate of he is holding a placard with a passenger's name or hotel name.
