I’ve thought hard about this review and asked myself would I stay there again. The answer is no, but that could have been influenced by a different room at a different time. Staff are absolutely lovely, very friendly and helpful and work really hard. 5/5 ⭐️ Nice big room and very clean each day 5/5 ⭐️ Electric light fitting was hanging off the wall and needed repairing as wires exposed Downside of the room is windows are only single glazed and town clock tower directly outside chimes the hour all night - sorted by using earplugs Unfortunately not even earplugs helped me get any sleep last night. Each bedroom door has a mega strong spring to close it, fire regs I guess. Unfortunately this means every door bangs shut. Large party finally went to bed about 1am and got up again at 4:45. Doors banged endlessly, nearer doors actually shook the room I was in. Morning smokers then gathered under bedroom window for more noise Long story short, zero sleep. With 6 hour drive ahead. Could be brilliant but needs money spending to quieten it down and freshen it il

We needed an overnight stay for our trip via the Holyhead Dublin ferry. The hotel is about a 30 minutes drive from Holyhead which worked really well. The hotel is right in the centre of llangefni with car parking and restaurant facilities as well as the normal pub facilities. We arrived during a local festival and the town was heaving, even though the bar area of the hotel was very busy, the staff were really helpful. We stayed on the top floor, there were no issues with noise and the room wasn't to hot. A good night's sleep had by all. Would use again.

Our bedroom was in the old stableblock and was clean, comfortable and large. We had no car but parking seemed to be avaiable in the yard, a plus as hotel is located on the high street. No restaurant as yet, but they let us eat our takeaway in the bar with our drinks. Staff really friendly and helpful. Would stay again if in Llangefni again. Diolch.

Lovely old building but very much needs fixing, found old hair grips on floor, door not closing to lock, toilet seat broke, simple things letting it down, requested extra pillows on booking, not met so asked their, look on her face because they was busy with football party, but did comply straight away. I was in courtyard stay, which was glad of from noise. But was expensive for one night , but in the area I needed.

Central hotel which offers a value for money stay.
