Coriana Dive Resort

Need abit more of maintenance but we can see them doing it. We enjoyed our stay. Went birdwatching. If we had more time we would do the dive/snorkling trip. They r currently not doing it in house but they hv close partner for it. Food was delicious. Staff was friendly but sometimes not visible, ask for their office whatsapp number to chat them if u need anything. Just need to up the bathroom cleanliness and please treat your termites.

Although the staff are sweet, we found this place horribly overpriced and over-rated. Despite already having paid for the 3 night stay, we left after 2 nights and booked a home stay on Kri. It was very hard to find any peace and quiet — the staff, although sweet, were constantly watching TikTok and making noise on the pier. The property next door blasts terrible music until at least 11pm, and the dining area constantly has a TV playing very loud music. The dive center next door was the worst I’ve ever dived with — no respect for PADI open water depth limits, rules about not touching marine life, and they ran so behind schedule that we missed our slot to dive Manta Ridge, a huge disappointment. STAY AWAY. I seriously suspect the reviews here and on Google are paid-for, because our experience was so different from what the reviews led us to expect. The staff are sweet and hospitable though.

The main hotel manager was amazing- she had great communication in English and good interaction with guests. The attending manager also was good - helpful getting a motorbike. But neighbors karaoke is very loud. Impossible to sleep before midnight. Air conditioning doesn’t work well during daytime, probably because metal roofs of rooms. Consider some insulation. Weak light in the room, like a phone LED - could barely see anything in the room. WiFi doesn’t work in overwater bungalow. But staff are the good thing about this resort, so they help make up for the bad facilities.

Love everything about the resort. However, it is not a dive resort. They outsource the diving and you do get pick-up. They can arrange a tour and they do their best coordinate to make your activities happen. Food is decent, but, they tend to overcooked the meat, chicken, and fish.
