Good location and helpful staffs. However there’s Staff gives wrong information on my breakfast and must asking the trash bin after check-in. Good to improve the internal coordination and house keeping management.

We had an amazing stay. We were a little confused upon arrival because they said that all the rooms that were able to be booked online, we actually under renovation. But since we were already there Rama and the bar staff went above and beyond to organize our room for us at 7:30pm. The entire staff was so nice and helpful that we decided to extend for another night.

É um hotel pequeno e muito aconchegante! Perfeita localização em frente a uma praia belíssima. Um lugar tranquilo com opçoes boas de comidas no restaurante e tbm ao lado tem o outro hotel que o restaurante é delicioso. O único problema é que a água é fedorenta e conversando com hóspedes do outro hotel parece ser um problema da região e não do hotel em si. Tirando esse ponto da água, super recomendo ir mesmo se você não é surfista.

You have to go to Padang, then a 3.5 hour ferry, then the hotel has a deal with the few local drivers to way overcharge for the 2.5 hour drive. In no way is this location worth a hard day of travel each way! The beach is mostly fist size rocks and broken corals, plastics, logs and tree trunks. My partner asked if they could clean some of it so we could take 2 of the 4 uncomfortable lounge chairs out there, "we never clean the beach and no you can't move the chairs and no there are no umbrellas" I tried to hang out in the shallow surf but couldn't because it too was loaded with coral and rocks. The pool is worn and looks poorly. No shallow end and no deep end. Cottages were primitive, bed and a cabinet. No chairs, sofa or night stands. Bathroom was tiny, always stayed wet, it's window was a screen that didn't fit and easily let anything get in that wanted to. Best of all was the brownish yellow water. Check out the worm that came out of the faucet. Mmm washing your teeth and bathing with worm larvae and yellow water so nice! I can say the food was pretty good but I found it easier to just go find a server than expect them to look our way. They were nice and kind when they did engage us. I also loved being charged 15,000 for a small amount of catchup. 17% added for service charge plus 3% for using a debt card also was rude for this level of hotel. We were sorry we went!
