Lovely one night stay for a special occasion with a local restaurant booked. Location was perfect, easy 10-15 min walk to middle of Conwy, lovely view from bedroom to front and breakfast room. Tasty breakfast with everything that we would want offered and it was delicious! Had a lovely stay and would recommend! Diolch!

Very comfortable B&B, although bathroom a bit tight. Very clean, comfy beds, large TV. Tea and Coffee provided in room. Exceptional breakfast served by the very pleasant host. A 5 to 10 minute walk to centre of Conwy, which is a really nice walled town with a great castle. Plenty of pubs and restaurants and nice walk from the quay to the marina a mile or so away.

A good solid bnb, room was decent size, double bed, quiet, clean and came with basic accessories such as shower gel / shampoo, decent towels, hairdryer, coffee / tea some little biscuits / mints. Fresh milk available.Warm enough with central heating you can adjust via the radiator. Big windows lets in the light. USB plugs to charge phones etc. Breakfast full “Welsh” breakfast v good, good portion size and quality. Toast, cereals, yogurt, fruits, cheese etc all available. Vegan option also available, plus eggs on toast etc 10 min walk into town - not at all difficult- not super hilly etc so easy access and don’t get the noise from the people who are out and about in the town area. It’s lit by street lights so you are not “fully” in the dark at night which is good. Has car parking which is great - main area up a hill or it has a bay / 2 bays on the road. Note if you have a “low” car / sports car the access to the up hill car parking can be difficult/ your car can bottom out going from the road onto the drive way due to the angle change. Normal cars will be fine (Tesla / BMW / Fore etc) So would suggest to park on the road instead. Hosts are knowledgeable about local areas and good pubs / restaurants and also where to go for a drive and a day out. Just ask and they will be happy to help / offer there thoughts.

We enjoyed our 1 night stay over at the Bryn Derwen Guest House. Met with a warm helpful welcome. Room was spacious and very comfortable and homely. Exceptional breakfast. Would definitely recommend it. Thank you!
