Booked this place for a couple of nights to attend a wedding in nearby Warwick. Absolutely fine for the few days, very basic but for the price not bad at all. Was missing an iron but again not too much of an issue. The staff were very friendly and especially the lady working during the day. Location was alright but obviously food options are limited to the overpriced stuff in the neighbouring service station. If I had wanted to I’m sure I could have driven out to a bigger shop but opted to bite the bullet. The nearest taxi company is 10 miles away in Leamington which caused a bit of a dispute when we cancelled it 10/15 mins prior to the pickup time and the driver showed up wanting a fee (they wanted £25 when Uber was £15 for a 15 minute journey) however the lady behind the desk was very supportive during the discussion and helped to resolve it with a calm and collected manner. I would say if you stay here and need a taxi Uber is fairly reliable but give yourself plenty of time to get one otherwise you will be charged a lot by local firms. The room was clean, all toiletries present plus the usual tea/coffee. As somebody who travels for work a lot it would get a bit rough staying frequently or for more than a couple of nights but for a place to crash (certainly after a few drinks) this place is more than sufficient.

Fantastic value for money, very comfy beds, only downside is not having and bedside plug sockets so made it impossible to do any work

The location is very good as it is parts of the service station on M40. The room is clean although it is bit old. The staff is helpful and friendly. You can have different choice of food in the service station.
