We stayed one night, the accommodation is good for one night. Please be aware that there’s no elevator and rooms are on the third floor. The toilet and shower are shared, they were clean and well maintained. Self check-in process - the keys are on the first floor.

Located Near matsumoto castle, room is japanese style (not futon) the design look like nobita’s room where doraemon sleep in the closet Haha. Cons is there is no elevator. If you have big luggage it will be the biggest suffering for you.

A small place with a couple rooms but it was perfect for a few nights. It’s close to the station and many restaurants. Very quiet and right near the water for peaceful walks. My only issue was WiFi does not reach to room 301.

It was the cheapest option we could find in Matsumoto but somehow one of the most expensive places we payed for sleeping. The placed looked abandoned from the outside, but the room and toilets where very clean. It does not have an elevator! So if you have heavy bags, you should really think about that before booking. The staff was friendly and kind but I just think it was way too expensive for what it was. The room was very big though.
