When we asked questions because we didn’t understand something, they simply told us, “Since you’re canceling for your own reasons, please book somewhere else,” showing a totally irresponsible attitude. On top of that, they charged a 100% cancellation fee. The only time we were able to get in touch with them was during the inquiry phase before booking. Once the reservation was confirmed, we were no longer able to cancel from our side, allowing the accommodation to act however they pleased. As for the service, while the room was clean, there were only sleeping arrangements for 10 people, even though we booked for 12. They said they would refund the cost for the two people, but we haven’t received any refund at all. Even after reaching out, there’s been no response. It’s honestly a complete mess. I do not recommend this place. まず、スタッフの対応についてですが、全く不親切です。客がわからなくて逆質問すると「あなたに都合でキャンセルするから他を予約してください」と言われ、無責任な態度です。しかもキャンセル料金100%です。連絡がつくのは予約を検討している時の問い合わせのみでした。予約確定したらこっちからキャンセルできないので宿泊施設側の好き勝手にやられます。 次にサービスについては、部屋は綺麗ですが、12名の予約なのに10名分しか寝具がありません。2名分の料金を返金してもらうと言ったが全然返金されていません。問い合わせしても音信不通です。本当にめちゃくちゃです。 お勧めしません。

伝統的な古民家で最高でした 。 大勢の人数で行くには良いところです 桜の季節は、ウッドデッキで花見をしてみたいですね
