We were upgraded to a suite room which was awesome! We enjoyed the private outdoor onsen - lovely experience. We had half board, Japanese style multi course dinner was very yummy and filling. Breakfast was buffet style but make it Japanese! We enjoyed our stay, the hotel is quite old - many old photos in the corridor - but they add to the old world charm.!

Brought my parents to revisit this location after many many years. Overall the unazuki location is a bit old and not as crowded like before. Most other guest are Japanese, I haven’t met any foreigners, which was a breath of fresh air when visiting Japan nowadays. The hotel is very aged. It is still those old fashion settings and old tatami rooms. Don’t expect any entertainment. Old LCD TV with local channels. Good thing they have wifi and your own smart devices to keep yourself entertained. Main thing to do, of course, is the onsen. Which is great. They rotate the time of each outdoor spring between genders. So make sure to follow the time table if there is certain one you like. Hot springs with outdoor view made everything worth it. The whole point of coming to onsen location is to relax, and you will get it here. We stayed at Japanese style room, which during dinner, the staff will come into the room and make the bed for you (Futon). I always loved sleeping on tatami futon with the family, so it was a very reminiscent experience. Breakfast and dinner was included during our stay. Breakfast is 80-90% Japanese styles. Western choices are very limited. Dinner is full courses of Japanese style. Very delicious and a lot for us. Staff is very friendly and helpful, but very limited English. So you’ll need a lot of patience to communicate if you are versed in Japanese. My dad likes to bring tea himself and make it in the hotel where ever he goes. The staff was awesome, and found a tea pot for us to use during our stay. It’s a small town, so there is very limited things open and to do when you roam around. However, go ride the Kurobe Gorge Rail… such lovely experience. Sit back and enjoy 1h 20min of scenery.

We stayed in a Japanese-style room, which was spacious compared to standard rooms. It featured a separate sitting area and a tatami room that served as a living space during the day and was transformed into a sleeping area at night — a very authentic and serene experience. The hotel features multiple hot spring baths, both indoor and open-air. The variety of onsen spaces allows guests to truly unwind and immerse themselves in a quintessential Japanese bathing culture. While the property itself shows signs of age and some facilities may feel a bit dated, the warm service and onsen experience more than make up for it. This is not a modern city hotel — it’s a place for slowing down and soaking in nature and tradition. The Japanese breakfast provided was ample and thoughtfully prepared, with a decent selection of local dishes. ✅ If you’re looking for a true onsen experience in a peaceful setting, Entaijiso is a great choice.

다른 호텔이 없어 예약했지만 숙박에 나쁜 기억은 없습니다^^ 다만 노천탕이 조금 작은듯 하네요. 직원들은 친절했습니다
