The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay. Walking distance to biggest waterfall in germany, museums and the handmade cuckoo clock stores.

Totally dissatisfied
The link to get code did not work. I emailed several.times to get correct link, got same unusable link sent back. I get to apartment, no one there to help, could not get in. Had to drive 3 hours back home. I want a full refund since I did not use apartment and tried everything to get help but never received any.
