We arrived at the Yacht house as we needed accommodations for 1 night to have my mother's funeral the next day. We had no en suite, the aircon was broken (it was extremely hot and humid) the bedside lamps weren't working. Our supposed bathroom was across the hall, open for any one who walked by to use. The other guests were extremely loud and inebriated and weren't considered towards new guests. The freezer compartment in our room's fridge was so small we couldn't even fit a normal sized bag of ice. Asked if the kitchen right across the hall from our room had space and she said no it's filled up with the loud guests stuff We asked to speak to the manager and he was not onsite. He told his staff members via what's app to contact *** to get a refund. We didn't book through ***, we through agoda.com. I emailed them and asked for a full refund but zero response. Horrible experience and this the night before my mom's funeral. By God's grace we swiftly found new accommodations at *** and what a wonderful experience that was. 100% rating on all aspects.
