My gripe with my stay at Waterfall Guesthouse

Superb Service
My short stay at Waterfall guest house was superb. The staff and managers were forthcoming and extremely helpful. Thank you to Manager Dan who went above and beyond to accommodate our many different requests. Mgr Collin offered his full attention to us, he was very friendly and made us feel right at home, a deserved score of 10/10 to both of them, I will certainly be back very soon..

Classic aesthetics
If there is a place that understood the assignment when it comes to aesthetics, it is this one. My room had a rustic charm to it. The attention to decor details (texture and tones) is amazing.

Horrible Service
Firstly we arrived at 22:30 and there was a loud party in the guesthouse for teenagers. The music only stopped at 23::15. The bedding linen was filthy upon arrival for 2 of the rooms- we had to ask for clean linen. The next day we left early, upon returning at 14:30 rooms were still not serviced but manager was drinking with friends in reception. Facilities are unkept! We checked out the same day despite booking and paying for 2 nights. I definitely would NOT recommend.
