It's a very neat and beautiful place. Room is spacious and we had a lovely view over the balcony. The parking is just very tight to fit in and we arrived during load shedding, male receptionist said he needs to check us in on the system although I showed him our email that we already paid. He spent over 40 mins trying to put the generator on, which ended up not working to put computer on. Ended up eventually agreeing to let us have a room and called me at 2am, with the room telephone to confirm booking details. Overall nice stay, just need to change process and its nice that they sell alcohol, incase you didn't bring or ran out!

The place was decent, clean and managed well. The staff was nice, the room was clean, except for the glasses. I did not particularly like that our room was facing the street literally, so we couldn’t open the curtains. Safe, free parking, although small, you have to be careful when parking I scratched my car because of the narrow space. Good for when you want affordable, safe accommodation while in the city. Overall enjoyed my stay.

Hotel Review I recently stayed at this hotel, and the experience was frustrating from start to finish. In the morning, I had to wait over 10 minutes just for the exit gate to be opened. I rang the intercom button six times, but there was no response. Eventually, I had to get out of my car, walk to the reception area, and tell them to open the gate—something that shouldn’t be necessary at any properly managed hotel. The poor service continued later in the day when I returned from my outings. Again, I was stuck at the entrance, waiting for someone to let me in. Despite ringing the bell, there was no answer, which made me feel like guest needs were just being ignored. Most of the staff were dismissive and unhelpful, which only made matters worse. The only bright spot was the cleaning lady. She was kind, attentive, and went out of her way to make my room comfortable. Her excellent attitude and attention to detail were a welcome contrast to the rest of the staff’s indifference. Overall, I was very disappointed. Management needs to address these service issues if they want guests to feel valued.

I wanted to add on my stay and a staff member promised to give me a call at 10h00 and i has to call back as i was seeing that they're not calling me back only to find the place was fully book after I left .

Overall the hotel was okay but, the parking is so small, we ended up scratching our car. Our plugs were not working and in the morning we had no hot water to shower with. Either than that the hotel was clean and quiet.
