I'm not happy about the fact that there are no phones but not everything is provided like listed when you book. There's a shower but no shower cap provided amongst toiletry,no iron..I wore jersey on top of my t-shirt to hide that it wasn't ironed..should we walk down to reception to ask for iron?Not in a hotel. Breakfast was nice but it would be better if all pots are labeled what to expect inside instead of opening one by one..only one for sausages was labeled.

Horrible old hotel
I had a very disappointing stay at StayEasy Rustenburg. The room was extremely dirty, especially the carpet, which is old, smelly, and clearly overdue for replacement. For someone with asthma or allergies, this environment is completely unsuitable, and I would not recommend staying here if you have any respiratory sensitivities. The bathroom was also problematic. The shower rose spills water outside the shower area, and the drainage does not work properly, causing water to clog around your feet while bathing. This made the experience uncomfortable and unhygienic. Overall, the hotel requires urgent maintenance and deep cleaning to meet basic accommodation standards. Until these issues are addressed, I would not recommend this hotel.
