The views are stunning. The staff are helpful and friendly and the facilities offered were impressive.

Great reception by staff. Seems understaffed. Was informed by staff lights do not dim in restaurant area and none of the tables candles were even lite until asked very late into the evening. Food took extraordinary long and main course seat was terrible over cooked and not medium rare. Wife did not want to wait again as the original fillet steak she order was communicated out of as that is always safest bet. Returning by to room after supper room felt like a fridge. Staff at reception had a heat that the staff were using and gladly gave to warm room to take the chill out of the air as it is enter. Tv also sought not work and staff knew exactly what to reboot tv and seems to be on going fault. Morning shower absolutely no hot water for my wife or myself. Shower glass a corner filthy as per pics. On top that silicone around toilet and basin needs maintenance. Some fittings next to toilet and in shower are broken. The rooms are not sound proof and the can hear everything from the neighbors, people walking in passage. Every in the morning you can hear chairs or tables in the restaurant moving around. Beautiful part of the world let down by poor maintenance and staff either untrained or understaff. I am not sure as I remember visiting three years ago and water was the same issue room did not have air conditioner for changing in climate so close to coast.The positives were unfortunately out numbered by the negatives.

Most beautiful views and decor. Staff need more training. We've stayed there a few times and every time we were presented with incorrect billing at the end. No bar service around pool. No towels. Waited very long for dinner service. Could not watch tv at all in our room with slow internet provider

I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times always a good enjoyable stay but this time I was greeted with dirty bedsheets and throw with dirty marks ! I brought it to the reception attention and she moved me to a different room. Kindly just address tha issue with who ever dropped the ball . I’ll be back again as I love this hotel

loved every minute at this hotel. It was peaceful and relaxing. The food was great and the sunsets were spectacular. Right on the beach that was very busy however the hotel is still secluded and peaceful.
