My husband and I arrived at the accommodation and we were very impressed by the clean , well maintained premises and modern apartment. The receptionist on duty was very friendly and assisted us with our check-in. However, from day 2 things went downhill. At the accommodation there are guest cottages but also permanent residents. The permanent residents kids are allowed to play outside till late in the evening, approximately pass 10pm causing quite a loud noise with their two wheeled kick scooter. The night staff is also very loud, talking through the night and not realizing that their voices are echoing in the quiet and waking up guests. I booked this accommodation to rest and enjoy a peaceful quiet holiday but this accommodation has no clue on creating a good customer experience. When I complained about the kids playing outside so late I was told that the manager would speak to the permanent residents, no one got back to me to formally apologize for the inconvenience and advise on the correction. I spoke to the cleaning staff outside now at pass 6 in the morning, advising them that their constant talking throughout the night and early morning is waking up guests and they looked very shocked. Maybe hospitality training would be a good idea!

Eldorado Hotel stay was awesome. Neat clean and modern. Lovely petite kitchen and little courtyard.
