It was a totally service stay but the instructions given were clear. Facilities are sufficient - bathrooms, showers, etc. It is located a bit far away from the official Camino downtown (Padron) so please be prepared to walk 5-6km more. Only issue (to some people) is that the lower beds in dormitories do not have curtains which might lack privacy. But it wasn’t too much of a problem for me.

Self-service stay

The place is right on the National Road, veeeery noisy from 5am to about 22hs

Cozy and beautiful but no restaurants nearby
I arrived at 8pm that night and was tired to go any further, the hostel next to this was a restaurant as well but they don’t serve food for those who doesn’t live in their hostel… This hostel was clean and comfortable, plenty of oranges, bathroom, laundry machines and good location for views. Just be careful that this is another town out of Padrón! Have to two more hours after getting off the boat
