We have advanced booking .We reached around 5pm but found no one there. All door were closed.We were tired . We were puzzled and were helpless . We did not understand what to do. Ultimately I went to the Hotel Schantal in front of this hotel . I told my problems to the receptionist and want help. She was very kind . She contact over phone with some one of my hotel . After a lots of harassment we were able to enter in the hotel. What a Irresponsibility I did not find any where. I booked at least four months ago. N loft so we gave option for room on 1st floor due to the problem of knee. But they allotted a room on 2nd floor. Disappointing

Value For money!
Excellent location, very near the train station and easily walkable to the 3 lookouts viewing the Landwasser Viaduct. Friendly owners and staff. Even my fellow guests were very friendly! The building itself is quite old but has character and is well-maintained. Filisur is a perfect place to explore the whole region. Will return when the opportunity presents itself!
