“the communication in this hotel was not good. we received different infos with different person. also, the reception staff who attended us was not sure of her infos because she was waiting for the full decision of the reception manager. i think she was an intern or something. looks like she doesnt have autonomy. i think the reception manager should trust her and let her decide. good check-in procedure makes the guest experience positive. ”
