• ■当貸別荘ついて（禁止事項） 1.当貸別荘は、テラス部分の除き全面禁煙をお願いしております。(電子タバコも含む。) 喫煙による匂いや跡が認められた場合、ハウスクリーニング約4万円代や寝具、備品の買換え費用を負担して頂きます。 喫煙はテラス部分にてお願いいたします。（灰皿は持参でお願いいたします。） 2.別荘設備や電化製品・家具・物品等を、故意にあるいは誤って壊したり汚したりした場合は復旧にかかる料金を全額負担していただきます。(家具等は高級なもので数百万単位の請求になるのでくれぐれもお気をつけてご利用ください。) 3.鍵類は必ずその鍵が入っていたキーボックスへ戻してください。清掃時入っていなかったり、お客様が紛失した場合は鍵の紛失代として3万円を負担して頂きます。 4.お申し込み時にお届けいただいた利用者以外の本物件(敷地も含む)への立ち入りは固くお断りします。(出入り口、リビング入館時監視カメラにて確認いたします。) 利用者以外が本物件に立ち入る場合、別途ご料金が発生いたします。 尚、無断で立ち入った場合、即キャンセルとなり、全員にご退館いただきます。 ※最大14人まで。3人目から追加1人11,000円　(キャンセルしても費用は返金致しません。) 5.キッチンに大量に使用済みのお皿が残っている場合等、使用状況によっては、別途清掃費用をご請求させていただく場合がございます。 6.当貸別荘の設備・備品等は、ご宿泊期間中に限りご利用者様に貸与するものであり、お持ち帰りいただくことはできません。別荘内から持ち出さないでください。 7.下記物品などの持ち込みを禁止いたします。 ・火薬、爆薬、ガソリン、灯油、薬品、毒性ガス、揮発油等等の危険物 ・腐敗物、不潔物、その他湿気、悪臭、異臭、臭気等を発する物 ・猫、鳥、爬虫類その他の動物ペット類全般 ・著しく大量な物品 ・その他法令で所持を禁じられている物 等 ■ご利用ついて 1.未成年者のみのご利用はできません。 2.風紀、治安を乱すような行為、高声、歌、楽器演奏行為、大声での会話等近隣に迷惑を及ぼす行為はおやめください。 3.別荘管理者の許可無く、営業行為（展示会・その他）等、ご宿泊以外の目的での利用はおやめ下さい。 4.近隣に赤ちゃんがおりますので別荘にて大声を出すなど近隣に迷惑行為があった場合、近隣の住人から警察に通報される場合がありますが、その場合は法的にすべて別荘利用者様が責任を追うことになるのと共に即退場となります。 5.天災、または別荘利用者様の不注意で引き起こしたすべての事故、本規約に従わないために起こった事故に関し、一切の責任を負いません。 6.別荘利用者様の車両やご持参の品物の破損、盗難、事故に関しまして、一切の責任をおいません。 7.著しく内装・外観を変更・装飾するのはおやめください。 8.自然な場所なので虫や動物が侵入する場合があります、窓などは開け放しにしないでください。 9.外出時、退去時は必ず施錠をお願い致します。 10.お皿等は必ず洗ってください。 (特に屋上の使用時バーベキューグリル等の他洗ってない場合は清掃費用が発生します。) 11.ゴミ分別は徹底して行ってください。 分別がされてないと清掃費として1万円請求させていただく場合がございます。 12.タオル、シーツは必要な分だけ使用するようにしてください。 ■オプション使用の際の注意事項 1.近隣に、マンションや住宅があり夜はとても静かな環境のため騒音ですぐ警察に通報されるので音楽鑑賞のスピーカー等の使用は気をつけて常識ある時間と音量調整にてご利用ください。 3.階段から落ちてしまったりフェンスを超えてしまい怪我をされても、全てお客様ご自身の責任となりますのでご了承ください。 4.テラスの使用は21時までとなります。 5.オプションのジャイロをご使用の場合は自賠責保険のみの加入な為、事故の際は相手の損害及び当車両の修理費用は全て自己責任となります。 ■保安上お守りいただきたい事項 1.ご滞在中、貸し別荘から出られるときは施錠をご確認ください。 別荘に滞在中や特に就寝の時にも施錠をご確認ください。 2.来訪者があったときは、不用意に開扉なさらずにドアロックをかけたまま対応するか、インターホンでご確認下さい。 3.不審者と思われる場合は、直ちに管理人または警察へご連絡ください。 ■宿泊客の手荷物または携帯品の保管 宿泊客がチェックアウトしたのち、宿泊客の手荷物又は携帯品が当貸別荘に置き忘れられていた場合において、その所有者が判明したときは、当貸別荘は、その指示を求めるものとします。ただし、所有者の指示がない揚合又は所有者が判明しないときは、発見日を含め2日間保管し、その後処分いたします。また、飲食物や使い捨ての道具につきましては、当日処分いたします。忘れ物を発送する場合は着払いでお送りいたします。 ■宿泊客の責任 宿泊客の故意又は過失により当貸別荘が損害を被ったときは、当該宿泊客は当貸別荘に対し、その損害を賠償していただきます。（使用不能期間の宿泊全て請求します。）

• ■About this rental villa (prohibited matters) 1. Smoking is prohibited in this rental villa except on the terrace. (This includes electronic cigarettes.) If any smell or traces of smoking are found, you will be charged for house cleaning (approximately 40,000 yen) and replacement costs for bedding and equipment. Please smoke on the terrace. (Please bring your own ashtray.) 2. If you intentionally or accidentally break or soil any of the villa's facilities, electrical appliances, furniture, or other items, you will be charged the full cost of restoration. (Please be careful when using furniture, as it can cost several million yen for high-end items.) 3. Please be sure to return the keys to the key box that they were in. If the key box is not in the box during cleaning or if you lose it, you will be charged 30,000 yen for the loss of the key. 4. We strictly prohibit anyone other than the user who was registered at the time of application from entering this property (including the grounds). (Security cameras will be used to check at the entrance and when entering the living room.) A separate fee will be charged if anyone other than the guest enters the property. Furthermore, if anyone enters without permission, your reservation will be canceled immediately and all guests will be asked to leave. *Maximum of 14 people. 11,000 yen per additional person from the third person onwards (fees will not be refunded even if you cancel.) 5. Depending on the usage situation, such as if there are a large number of used dishes left in the kitchen, we may charge an additional cleaning fee. 6. The facilities and equipment of this rental villa are loaned to guests only during their stay and cannot be taken home. Please do not take any of these items out of the villa. 7. The following items are prohibited from being brought into the villa. ・Dangerous materials such as gunpowder, explosives, gasoline, kerosene, chemicals, toxic gases, volatile oils, etc. ・Decomposed materials, filthy materials, and other materials that emit moisture, foul odors, unusual smells, odors, etc. ・Cats, birds, reptiles, and other pet animals in general ・Extremely large amounts of items ・Other items prohibited from possession by law, etc. ■About Use 1. Minors are not permitted to use the villa alone. 2. Please refrain from any behavior that disrupts public morals or peace, such as shouting, singing, playing musical instruments, or talking loudly, or that may cause a nuisance to neighbors. 3. Please refrain from using the villa for purposes other than lodging, such as business activities (exhibitions, etc.), without the permission of the villa manager. 4. There is a baby in the neighborhood, so if you make a loud noise or cause any other nuisance to the neighborhood, the neighbors may report you to the police. In that case, you will be held legally responsible for all accidents and will be asked to leave immediately. 5. We are not responsible for any accidents caused by natural disasters or the negligence of the villa users, or accidents caused by not following these terms and conditions. 6. We are not responsible for any damage, theft, or accidents to the vehicles or items brought by the villa users. 7. Please refrain from significantly changing or decorating the interior or exterior. 8. Since it is a natural place, insects and animals may get in, so please do not leave windows open. 9. Please be sure to lock the door when you go out or leave. 10. Please be sure to wash your dishes, etc. (Especially when using the rooftop, if you do not wash the barbecue grill, etc., a cleaning fee will be charged.) 11. Please separate your garbage thoroughly. If you do not separate your belongings, we may charge you 10,000 yen as a cleaning fee. 12. Please use only the number of towels and sheets you need. ■Precautions when using options 1. There are apartments and houses in the neighborhood, and it is a very quiet environment at night, so the police will be called immediately if you make a noise, so please be careful when using speakers for music, and adjust the volume at a reasonable time. 3. Please note that you will be responsible for any injuries you may get from falling down the stairs or going over the fence. 4. The terrace can only be used until 9 p.m. 5. If you use the optional gyro, you will only be covered by compulsory automobile liability insurance, so in the event of an accident, you will be responsible for all damages to the other party and the repair costs of your vehicle. ■Items to be observed for safety 1. Please make sure to lock the villa when you leave it during your stay. Please make sure to lock the villa while you are staying there, especially when you go to sleep. 2. When a visitor comes, please do not open the door carelessly, but leave the door locked or check by intercom. 3. If you think the visitor is suspicious, please contact the manager or the police immediately. ■Storage of guest's luggage or belongings If a guest's luggage or belongings are left behind at the villa after checking out and the owner is identified, the villa will ask for instructions. However, if there is no instruction from the owner or the owner is not identified, the property will be stored for two days, including the day it was found, and then disposed of. In addition, food, drink, and disposable tools will be disposed of on the same day. If you need to send a lost item, it will be sent to you cash on delivery. ■Guest's responsibility If the villa suffers damage due to the guest's willful or negligent acts, the guest must compensate the villa for the damage. (We will charge for the entire stay during the period of inability to use the property.)
