Albergaria O Professor

The location is great in Santa Cruz, there's a post office, car rental, bakery, a few restaurants, and the beach within 2 minute walk (1 block away). The only 'negative' is it's about 20 minute drive from Funchal, so keep that in mind if you foresee having to go to the capital. Most likely if you are sightseeing you'll need a car rental so this is not a big deal.

When we first came into the room, we noticed some weird smell inside the room so we opened the balcony window to try and get rid of the smell. Then, when we wanted to take a shower, we found that the shower floor drain was blocked completely. It was filled with foul water. We had no way but to stay with the foul smell for the whole night. Also, the TV remote volume button is not working, so we could only play the TV out loud or mute it, which is quite annoying indeed. Staff understood the problem but couldn't help much too.

When we arrived at the hotel earlier than the check-in time. We met the receptionist went fine to stay. If we came back later, it would be no problem. We came back two hours later, and they tried to move us to another hotel locally. It was not as good as O professor. We insisted that they gave a room in the o professor. Finally, we got the room as described in the pictures. Staff were nice. We had a couple of drinks at the bar. Great staff there

きれいでした！！空港からもUberで向かいましたがとても近いです！！！、レストラン併設で、チェックインをそのレストランのかうんたーのようなところでするので、はじめはとてもわかりづらかったです。しかし、とても優しいスタッフさんに囲まれ、お部屋も大きく綺麗で、最高の思い出を作ることができました！！シャワーもよかったです！！！！！！また利用します！！！！、！！！！！！！！！！！ーー！！
