Staff, food and location excellent. Room tired, shower leaking in room 1. Room dusty and tired. Although bed was comfortable. Noisy on the first night from other residents', no one appeared to be supervising late guests and controlling the noise and disturbance. Stopped round 2am, so not much sleep the first night. Needs to perhaps have a member of staff on reception during the night.

The free breakfast is misleading. It's just coffee, cereals and biscuits. There was no hot breakfast served, you have to pay to have yourself a proper breakfast meal. However, the inn was quaint and in a very lovely location especially with the river view room. The younger staffs were very polite and helpful.

The place is really nice to stay. We had a good sleep. The food in the pub is also amazing. Convenient location.

Cozy room above a pub, everything was clean and the bed is comfortable. We didn't hear anything from the pub itself, even though there was a soccer match. As our room was located facing the main street, this can be a bit loud in the morning when the window is opened, but that is to be expected. Keep in mind: Parking not included, but a (paid) Parking lot can be found 3 min walk away, just across the bridge.

Our stay at the Pont Y Pair Inn was fairly brief. The check-in process was chaotic although we were greeted by a kind gentleman (who wasn't informed of the inn's happenings). The room is small and cold. There is a portable heater (but unfortunately this sparked, and we had to turn it off). The advertised amenities were available and the location is great.
