“A decent place that is clean and very well positioned. Could use some upgrades”

“Ordered food from Uber eats and my phone went off for a minute I went to the gate to ask the security in duty yesterday 08/05/25 He said he didn’t see anybody I went to charge my phone and I got a confirmation that the food was delivered and I even got a picture of the food on the floor outside the guest house sent by the delivery guy on the app. I reported to Uber eats and they made sure they delivered the food and I got proves there. But how the security didnt even see them taking a picture outside? If he have to know who surrounds the gate for our safety ?? When I asked to see the cctv footage the receptionist and security didnt allow me to see I just needed to understand what happened with my food This is sad I dont want anyone else to face the same thing Be careful ”

“Apart from not delivering the bare necessities, it wasn't suitable for relaxing, too noisy,, burnt light bulbs, plug sockets didn't work, no soaps, not really higienically clean upon arrival, overall poor. ”

“Time to upgrade guys... the location is great the building is great, but the furniture is old and needs replacing. The couch is sagging in the middle and the mattress has seen better days a few years back... and then the toilet... someone had a pooh and didn't flush it... come on guys!! This screwed up my whole stay. You have a fantastic place guys, fix it up.”
