“It's a very neat and beautiful place. Room is spacious and we had a lovely view over the balcony. The parking is just very tight to fit in and we arrived during load shedding, male receptionist said he needs to check us in on the system although I showed him our email that we already paid. He spent over 40 mins trying to put the generator on, which ended up not working to put computer on. Ended up eventually agreeing to let us have a room and called me at 2am, with the room telephone to confirm booking details. Overall nice stay, just need to change process and its nice that they sell alcohol, incase you didn't bring or ran out! ”

“We had a really good stay. It’s a very beautiful and comfortable hotel that is right on the beach and it’s reasonably priced. However, the lift needs fixing. It takes on average about 5 minutes to get a lift. Granted the hotel was full but the lifts are quite old, they slow ngathi intuthuko iya emphakathini and when the doors close you hold your breath and pray it doesn’t get stuck. The food is really good, breakfast and dinner. Just with the breakfast, ubumnandi be bacon busala ebhodweni. The chef needs to look into that. Otherwise, the food is great. Communication from the staff that assisted us with checking in needs to be improved. As we were staying in the hotel, nobody told us that we needed to book for Christmas dinner and that the buffet would be almost double the normal price. This should have been well communicated to us so we can make other arrangements. Lastly, when we arrived, our room was clean, however there were signs of a rushed job, there were sweet packets, papers, and finger nails left by the previous occupants. Additionally, the reception was absolutely filthy when we arrived. Otherwise, good stay. ”
