“The location is unbelievable, and the character of the hotel is so unique. That alone makes it a great experience. BUT, the service was poor. There was no hot water, no staff to be found much of the time. We often had to go searching for things we needed. The facilities were old and somewhat run down at times, for example the elevator was very slow and old, and some of the things in the room were broken. The breakfast was very good. The museum is also really cool. If you can get a deal I would recommend for the experience, but would not recommend paying full price to stay here. There's a lot to do and see in the area and at the hotel, so at least 2 nights is recommended.”
