“Terrible mi estadía allí. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba en caliente ya que lo controlan centralizadamente y me dijeron que ya había sido cambiado para aire frío. Esa noche habían 10° y estaba muy fría la habitación y el baño. Me ofrecieron mantas adicionales y un caloventilador. La habitación es bonita, cama grande y confortable pero MUY RUIDOSO todo el hotel. Se escucha absolutamente todo, tanto x los pasillos como x el respiradero del baño. Y esa noche que me hospedé yo, estaba lleno de adolescentes aparentemente de algún torneo y no pararon de GRITAR A VIVA VOZ y tocar un TIMBRE a toda hora. Fue imposible dormir. No me volvería a hospedar allí. Hay mejores opciones por ese dinero. Las instalaciones y el desayuno es muy destacable, sin embargo yo necesitaba descansar bien pues tengo a mi madre hospitalizada y eso no lo pude conseguir.”

“Junior Suite was amazing and everything worked at the hotel well. No Sauna, Hot Tub or Steam room. But the pool is very good and a 24 hour Gym. Hotel is Clean, Staff is friendly.”

“First time in Uruguay, my client recommend the Hitlon. Feel really comfortable , they gave me a corner room,the view was beautiful. Staffs were friendly and helpful, make extra effort to book me a restaurant. Breakfast was fresh and good variety. Nothing to complaint”

“We checked in at 2 am due to a late flight and were put in room *** - right next to the elevator. The bathroom smelled of sewage gasses and had an unacceptable level of mold. We were told that the hotel was fully booked and we could not change rooms until the next day. The next day, we were told the hotel was still full. After I showed the front desk the bathroom picture attached to this review, the hotel found another room on the 6th floor. It was a dramatic improvement and we were much happier until the last morning when the bartender "forgot" to make our espressos. Overall, the location is excellent, but we will not choose this hotel again if there are other options available. Not 5 star from either a facilities or service perspective.”

“I am most picky person on the planet and this hotel this checked off all of my boxes. Breakfast is to die for make sure you get it included in the price of the hotel room. Swimming pool is very beautiful but small and not as heated as I would like to swim. Front office staff and cleaning staff is excellent. This would be my new go to hotel in Montevideo. Extremely elegant and sophisticated.”
