“Older building. Rooms are comfortable with cable TV, mini-fridge, small microwave. Usually hot water. However, one visit recently woke up to a broken water pipe and all water was shut off for hours. It would have been fine except i lost water while i was in the shower all soaped up. Furniture and doors showing age. Rooms are carpeted, recommend wood floors in lieu of old, worn and in some Rooms spotted or damaged carpet. All visits have been quiet throughout each night.
