“We had not visited Wisconsin Dells since June 2019. We usually stay at the well known resorts but wanted to try something different. So hubby and I decided to try Staybridge for the Labor day weekend. I will say, the hotel was clean. I was not aware of resort fees for a hotel , but ok everyone is trying to make money since the pandemic. The stay would have been fair except for the noisy exhaust equipment over the 4th floor room. Very noisy. I immediately contacted the front desk, who sent staff. During their first visit, it was stated it was the refrigerator, then it was stated, it was air conditioner. I turned the air conditioner off, it was usually noisy. Staff came back to my room and stated they didnt here nothing but the refrigerator. When the compressor turned off on the refrigerator, it was stated the room under was using their dish washer. I asked for another room, I was informed the Hotel was sold out but they could give me a smaller room. ( No reduced price offered. I paid prior to arrival) I called the third party company, who I made the reservations and spoke with Dave, he called Staybridge and was told by Kristan, Staff Supervisor the noise was from the air conditioner. I informed him I turned the air conditioner off it was still noisy and it was the exhaust equipment on the roof. Dave also informed me Kristan stated, if I check out before 4 pm tomorrow, they will charge me for one day and issue a refund for remaining days. This would have been fine but this was Labor Day weekend in Wisconsin Dells. I could not find (and I tried) last minute accommodations at a reasonable price, therefore, we stayed and endured by staying in the bedroom with all doors shut and a set of ear plugs. I give management a low rating because Kristan, staff supervisor or a manager did not make an attempt to contact me but sent the above message via Dave from Agoda. During the stay, we tried the free breakfast on Saturday morning. The food appeared to be ”

“Twenty plus years of coming here never had anything but a great experience. This year when I asked about options for charging my hybrid E Jeep they offered a extension cord and outlet( will have to have your own charger) I love this place the Brewers are on Channel 28 ( Cubs games are not available 😎) I would recommend to any Wisconsin family that want to enjoy fishing in the morning and pool and Beach in the afternoon follow up by grilling out and a campfire with a beer. Life is good! Go Pack Go!”
