“We came into our old hometown under not-so-great circumstances -- to hold a memorial for a lost loved one. The lobby is an absolutely beautiful entrance. We were welcomed with friendly, smiling, and accommodating staff, and a complimentary glass of wine. Our room was large, clean, and well-appointed. The beds were so comfy, the halls were quiet. The hotel grounds (mainly consisting of a Courtyard) are absolutely beautiful. The cleaning ladies were hard at work every morning when we woke up, they also greeted us with smiling faces and keep the building clean and fresh smelling! We had pastries and coffee from the restaurant, and they were both top-notch. What a lovely addition to our quaint little hometown! A very nice surprise to see how it turned out. Thanks to the Hotel Winters staff for making a difficult trip a little better. I will definitely be staying again!”
