“Exactly as described. I got one of two individual bedrooms, which has a shared bathroom just for the two guest rooms. Each bedroom has its own unique locking code. Safely was never a concern. Host is very gracious. W early communication, accommodated a late arrival. They also made coordination w other guest for specific availability of shower for early am departure daily. As long as you are ok sharing a bathroom with a stranger, this is a great place to stay. Easy access to main roads nearby. very quiet neighborhood on a beautiful community lake..”

“Our 2 week stay at ‘Residence Inn, Flamingo Crossings’ was the perfect way to truly unwind from a hectic few months at home. The hotel was immaculate from top to bottom & nothing was too much trouble for the friendly Marriott staff! Located only 5-10 mins from most Disney Parks, it was the perfect setting, with a variety of eateries to satisfy most palates & a very handy, but also lovely small Target & Walgreens which we used frequently. “We stayed at the hotel for one week to travel to Disney World and Sea world. The hotel is clean and quiet, pool is heated, breakfast is okay that everyday serves little different but good, and the front desk is very helpful. In addition, we can walk to Target nearby within few minutes which is so convenient. The only thing I don’t like is the shutter to the park. It was crowded first day we used and failed to book online the next day because the limited shuttle bus was shared with multiple hotels, so we used Lyft from our second day there instead. If they can improve the shuttle problem, It would be perfect. All in all, we like the hotel!”

“It was our 1st trip to Orlando. We stayed for 7 days here. The rooms are specious well equipped. Only thing lacking is a hand shower or tap in bath area. There is only shower. No disturbance. Breakfast spread was good. Swimming pool is large but can be maintained better. The negative side is it’s location. A bit far off from main parks. We had to pay more for Uber. Otherwise it’s a good hotel.”

“Place is nice. Just that they only do housekeeping on every other day, so if u eat or have a lot of trash in the room, u might need to manage your expectations. Staff service is excellent, they always try to suggest help. There’s self help laundry on site, always useful if u have been on the roads for a number of days. The only other minor disamenity is the transport shuttle booking page by Firefighters, where u can only book 2 ways, and you cannot cancel reservations in the event of an error. One or two more trips at timings to take into consideration fireworks shows, time to travel back from Epcot to TTC to board the bus would be much appreciated.”

“Got there the evening of the 19th and the air conditioning wasn’t working. Call downstairs and they told me that they would send someone immediately. Well, it didn’t get fixed until the next evening after i had to make 2 or 3 more calls. The living room blinds were stuck open, couldn’t close them the whole time I was there. Had to stay in the room at night so everyone couldn’t see me and what I was doing. The refrigerator was warm, barely keeping my food cold. The water when you take a shower puddled up at your feet with dirt all around your feet and the water backed up. All the electrical sockets didn’t work. Last but definitely not least, whoever cleans the rooms didn’t put the dishes you’re suppose to wash when you leave back in the cabinets to get reused by the new renters. Whoever owns 1738, if there is an owner should be ashamed to rent that unit out until everything is fixed and checked in there.”
