“The Willmar Super 8 hotel is well-located--close to restaurants and a strip mall. Room was clean and wifi worked well. Breakfast choices could be improved.”

“From checkin to checkout the experience at this location was bad. They argued with me about taking cash instead of charging my credit card. I had called customer service and asked if they took cash on arrival for my one night stay and they said yes. The staff continued to argue with me about their policy and I told them that central customer service says you accept cash. They finally took the cash, I was over charged. I booked for 206 for the night and was charged $254.72 even though I did not authorize them to charge my card for anything. I called and the employee whom answered said that they did not charge my card but I have the proof that they did. No where on my receipt did the charge appear. I now have to call my bank and dispute the charge that was not authorized. I travel a lot and never has an hotel not taken cash for any reason. I will not use this hotel establishment again. ”
