“This hotel was appalling. I didn’t stay for more than an hour. At first they gave me the wrong room. And the room I got smelled like cigarettes. The pillows were stained yellow. There were dark stains on the pillow. Stains on the sheets. I went to use the sink and a spider crawled out of the sink. I tried to lay down and I immediately became itchy. When I asked for a refund I was denied the request and was called a liar even though I have photo evidence. ”
