“Right when we checked in we were told we had to pay a resort fee of $19.95 which was not mentioned during our reservation through Agoda. Not happy about it. The hot spa is out of commission, the pool is at 65 degree which is a little bit too cold for comfort. Even though it is a non smoking facility, but as we walk through the building, there are many places smells like smoke. especially from the staircase at the 2nd floor. Was trying to locate the golf practice area, and to no avail. Basically we paid for a fee that we do not know we had to pay, and end up not able to use any of the resort amenity. ”

“First of all, we had a lovely stay. Getting into our room was a trick. There was nobody on site. We called a check in number and after a verification process we were given the room number and the combination to the door lock. This was not a very comfortable way to start the night. This is a large complex and turning the checkin process over to a phone service is not at all welcoming. Pay for a full time management service!”
