“Clean, comfortable, safe, and located within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, and a pretty lake to walk around. Pet friendly, but be aware that the pet fee is $75 for stays of 1-4 days. I stayed here twice recently and was very pleased with the experience. Staff is friendly too.”

“We had a comfortable stay, the hotel rooms are cozy, facilities are good and breakfast is very good. One thing to point out is that the front desk staff behaviour needs to be worked upon since they were a bit rude with their replies and didn't bother to inform us about the breakfast/other facilities which has been a standard across hotels in the US.”

“The soap provided by the hotel left an overly sooth feeling as if you didn’t wash off the soap at all. I wish I had something regular/ traditional while I stayed… however, the hydration effect is good. Personally I would prefer lotions. ”

“There was blood drips on a pillow case. Housekeeping did not stop by even though when asked about it, the young lady at the front desk nonchalantly responded that “room service” only happens on Monday and Thursday like it was her default answer — we were there on Monday. No one serviced the room so we had a full bag of trash sitting in the kitchen area for the remainder of our stay. Are we supposed to ask for housekeeping? Maybe this could be stated in the room? Should we have taken out our own trash? We ran out of toilet paper so we were instructed to pick one up at the front desk. Not incredible deal breakers but an opportunity for improvement could be considered here. When we asked for towels, the very kind young man delivered it almost instantly, which we appreciated! He is friendly. The first go-around for us a few months back went exceptionally well, however, this time around, it could have been the same as the last, but it fell a bit short. I’d still recommend the spot. Just some things to note. ”

“Great room, the location not too far from downtown. Breakfast is standard with waffles, fruits, muffins & cereals. The guy who checked us in at night is really helpful. But there’s a lady at the reception in the morning that is pretty rude as if she is tired serving customers’ requests. ”

“Great staff, the 2Queen bed is not available for our stay so the nice ladies gave us 2 standard rooms instead. The cleanliness is something they need to improve though. Every corner is dusty and sofa and carpet have large stains on it. And the toilet has a huge stain at bottom, we thought it was poop but it cant be removed even with bleach and flushing. And the water faucet is leaking, but im not bothered by the noise. Lights are on the dimmer side. The room has kitchen where you can cook,just request utensils from the front desk, but didnt use it during our stay. Fridge is huge. Bed is clean and comfortable. Laundromat is 24hrs open with top load machines, just use your room key card. Used it once during our stay, paid through credit card. Lots of parking space. We felt safe. Location is good, near walmart and city center. ”
