“This hotel is nothing fancy, but our room was extraordinarily clean and beds were very comfortable. Where it fell short was the staff. I had called to ask about the possibility of having an earlier check in and the front desk person was so rude. The same thing occurred when I had to call and ask for more towels. We had only received 2 at check in. I’m not sure if it was the same person, but the rudeness was the same. Very disappointed in customer service. But would stay again because the room was so clean, location convenient, and beds comfy.”
