“Great value for your money ”

“My wife and I celebrated our 30th anniversary here. Very nice rooms; clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. There used to be a water park in the pool area, but it is permanently closed. The pool is open, as well as a wading pool for the little kids. The hot tub is open, but the jets do not turn on full. I pointed this out to a staff member, who talked to a manager; the manager insisted the hot tub worked fine, but neither the staff member nor I could get the jets to turn on full (the timer control seemed to be broken.) I don't think the manager understood how a hot tub is supposed to function. While the rooms were very clean, the public areas were in noticeable need of vacuuming. During our 2-day stay we didn't see any housekeeping staff working in the public areas. Breakfast was excellent; the staff member manning the dining area did an excellent job. I would definitely stay here again.”
