“We were allocated room 322. The windows were so filthy - it looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in two years. This brand of hotel should do better. Also, the fridge was very old and noisy - we had to unplug it overnight. On the counter, the staff level of service was SUPERB, from reception all the way through to breakfast service. So, please management, to improve your standing - get your windows cleaned, and think about renewing your fridges.”
