“Good location and friendly staff. The woman who took care of breakfast and essentially all things on the first floor was very hard working and did a wonderful job. The bed was comfortable but I do believe it is time for the hotel to replace their pillows which were a bit lumpy. ”

“All the linen and towels were dirty and grey. The door knob in our room to the closet was falling off. We accidentally left Doc Marten shoes in the room and after 5 attempts to get someone on the phone was told that they didnt find anything in the room and if they did they would call us back but never took down a phone number or information to call back”

“So, the hotel was nice and clean. Downside was the smoke alarms went off at 6am due to a kitchen fire. I understand that happens. It would have been nice if they had explained what happened and that it was over. After the panic of getting outside the alarm did stop. Nobody ever "said" it was safe to go back inside or anything. Had there been an actual rolling fire it would have been very bad. ”

“This was a great home base hotel for our everything dinosaur vacation. We also went white water rafting and that was near the launch point as well. The only caution is for some reason they've tiled around the pool with house tile so it was very slick like don't walk around just crawl on the ground cuz you're going to fall anyway slick.”

“When we arrived for check in there was no one at the desk. We rang the service bell a number of times for about ten minutes before someone happened to appear and said the bell didn’t really work anyway. Not impressed with the welcome. Neither was I impressed with the price considering there was no breakfast either. Other than that the place was clean and conveniently located on our route. ”
