“Would stay again. First a shout out for the housekeeping staff. Every surface normally touched by overnighters was clean and inviting. Everything in casual sight, orderly and tidy. But, we need to make the distinction between daily housekeeping and "deep cleaning." Daily housekeeping usually takes about half an hour. It's amazing how efficient these folks can be. Deep cleaning can take an entire day and often results in the loss of a nights income. A good deep cleaning in needed at the Quality Inn Twin Falls. Unfortunately, housekeeping usually gets blamed. Deep cleaning is NOT part of their scope if work. Deep cleaning should be done during the "off" season. It wasn't. I'm writing this in the middle of May, the beginning of the high season. I hope management doesn't delay a deep cleaning until October. Moving on to the front desk staff. Two of the three that I dealt with were great. One was not so much. He should get a job that's not dependent on customer service. I'm sure he'd do well "behind the camera." The "free" breakfast is basic and limited. Not much in the way of healthy choices. That said. The woman who manages the breakfast is stellar! She never stops moving except to take a well deserved break. Every item is kept stocked. The entire area is kept ckean and tidy. She is ever present for questions and the occasional mishap. The TV is always on in the breakfast room. But, the sound is kept low so it can be watched or ignored as one wishes. Captions would be a good idea. The "business center" is functional but a little cumbersome. Anything printed is without privacy. Keep that in mind. But, it's better than nothing. I didn't use the pool. But, from the viewing window it seemed acceptable. The "viewing window" makes it a bit of a fishbowl, though. Assume that you'll be photographed. I didn't see that happening. Just realize that it could. Given that the Quality Inn Twin Falls is on the budget end of the livable options, it's very much a great value! The location is very quiet until the motorcycles fire up in the morning. Not sure how to fix that. The hotel is close to -- walking distance for some -- to the bridge, restaurants, Winco, Costco.”

“Great location , convenient for walking to shop or to get to Canyon. Pool and whirlpool ar e well maintain and relaxing. Dukes restaurant was reasonably priced & children eat free. Christmas decorations were an added surprise.”

“I checked in at 3pm. I found that there was no shampoo and conditioner in the room. The staff told me that all shampoo and conditioner was empty, it would only be filled in the next day only. They did not try to refill shampoo and conditioner even I'm the afternoon. The staff told me that the air conditioner was unable to control temperature. It would become very hot after 15 mins. You needed to switch ot off then. However the room turned to be too cold after an hour later. You need to switch on and off repeat and repeat.”
