“The front desk lady was super nice and sweet. The lobby and pool area was nice. Both areas looked clean and put together. The hallway to our room and our room was really gross. There was weird black stains in the tub, what looked like burn marks around the basin, and the shower curtain had mold on the bottom. The towel they put in the room was also streaked with black marks. There were weird red, rusty stains throughout the room. The couch also had cigarette burns on it. My shoes stuck to the floors in the main area of the room. The light/socket on one of the sides of the bed didn’t work. It was plugged into an extension cord which seemed to not be plugged into anything. I was too scared to pull the bed back to plug it in because of what I may find behind the bed. The sheets and mattress cover kept coming off the bed exposing the mattress, revealing a big stain. I wouldn’t really of been bothered by this but the condition of the room plus the sheets coming off it grossed me out. We also opted to open the window instead of running the air because of how dirty it looked. My partner went to get ice and there appeared to be mold on the outside of the ice machine. The breakfast had empty baskets and not a lot of options. It was disappointing. The location was nice, there are a bunch of restaurants very close by. ”
