“The day shift lady is rude with horrible customer service and unprofessional mannerism. She called me a liar and threatened to call the police. I have asked for a refund for BOTH nights of stay via AGODA due to her power-trip behavior. Night shift agent Michael was very professional, helpful, communicated well and listens. I make reservations daily for nine properties in Oklahoma. I'm aware of deposits and 3rd party bookings. She needs to read the 3rd party booking verbiage and take Customer Service 101 training. She should not charge multiple deposits nor change the deposit amount. The lobby sign reflects one amount and 2nd deposit should not have been charged on the same room. ”
