“Good breakfast but will get bored after the 3rd day… Good location with nearby eats & supermarket”

“This is such a clean, brand new, spacious suites hotel that I thought at first it might be perfect and equal to Holiday Inn Express if not better (than the local one). However for a chain that promotes breakfast, it was sadly lacking when I arrived just before it was over on two of my four days stay, when there was no meat, yogurt or orange juice left. It reminded me that this NEVER happens at HIE, where they apparently take breakfast more seriously. Otherwise, my request for a quiet room was foiled by a room with connecting door which wasn't soundproof. Other than that, it was perfect.”

“We had a wonderful stay with our baby. The hotel was modern and clean. It was nice and quite so our little one's sleep was never disturbed. The staff was also super helpful. They provided us a playpen and allowed us to checkout a little later so our baby can take his nap. We loved our stay!”

“The facility is a Spanish charm with a restaurant. Most of the rooms have a balcony and some with panoramic view of the mountains and the foothill community. I checked in rather late at night and other than handing me the room keys the receptionist didn’t give a hoot. A different receptionist the next day was awesome. He agreed to move us to a new room that fitted our needs. The first day’s break was reasonable, the next day’s was not. Even 1 hr before ending, many basic breakfast items ran out and not replenished. A customer asked for yogurt and they brought just enough for her; other customers could only watch. ”
