“Took my daughter for a solo day of skiing and the Ritz Carlton made the entire weekend an absolute pleasure… this is about as easy as you can make it for a family with kids, from the onsite rentals to the ski valet, mountain concierge, slope side ski valet, outdoor restaurant … then couple this together with a world class resort, you never want to leave! Outstanding and we will return again next season for an extended stay!”

“Have stayed here many times. If you’re lucky you’ll be here when everything works (hot tub, espresso machine, etc). The espresso machine was not here this trip which was a disappointment. ”

“Location is second to none. Just a few steps to the gondola. We had a few issues. One, their hot tub was not operational and their solution was one that was clear on the other side of the village. Biggest issue is there is not a rain gutter outside of the master bedroom. So the snow melting off the roof hits the window seal. Sounds like you are in a rain storm - ALL NIGHT LONG! Very hard to sleep. Would I stay here again? Yes. But the place needs to fix a bunch of stuff. To justify the price. ”

“Good central location… Not too far from the lake but you’re close to Truckee and close to Tahoe Keys beach close to Tahoe city! Good, hiking here or comfortable”

“We stayed here on our drive from Salt Lake City to central California because our usual stop in Reno was unavailable due to price. Great location off of the freeway and modest amenities nearby. The room was clean but the rest of the property could use some maintenance. Breakfast was meh, but the coffee robot was great. I was not happy about the extra “resort fee” as this property certainly is no resort. The fee was disclosed at booking, but still…”
