“Loved the sight, and loved the TV. Loved the little closet too”

“Took my daughter to stay at this location as my husband was sick. We were looking for a quiet night. Unfortunately, the room above us has guests who stomped around the entire time. By 10:30pm we had called the front desk and the staff called the above room. While this did help temporarily, the walls are still super thin and you can hear every move from your neighbour's. While the extra space in our room was great, the couch had stains all over the cushions, which neither my daughter nor I wanted to sit on. Unfortunately, we will not be back.”

“Three weeks ago I stayed and left a pair of pants in room. Called next day and they told me room wasn’t cleaned yet but they would keep them for me. When I asked at check in desk this am, the employee told me I would have to check back after 8 am when housekeeping was there. We had to be to hospital by then. I called after and kept getting run around. Transferred from housekeeping and front desk. I’m doubting anyone even checked the list and found. I know it was my fault for not packing them but I called before room was cleaned and was coming back in three weeks. Plus if they checked they could see that we stay pretty regularly when husband gets chemo. Employees did not go out of their way to help at all”

“This hotel was absolutely perfect. The price was very affordable, but the quality was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything was well maintained. The staff were also extremely kind and friendly, which made my stay even better. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.”

“We really wanted a hotel close to Somerset mall but after reading mixed reviews I wasn't sure. When we pulled up at the hotel, my teenage party was impressed. Nice building. The reception was also very nice and staff friendly and accommodating. The room on the 2nd floor was large and we had a nice view of the patio. I asked for a late check out and they accommodated. The Crumpet restaurant was nice too but staff not very friendly. Wouldn't crack a smile. The breakfast wasn't free and we paid $160. I guess it's fair. Breakfast was okay, nothing fancy. My daughter didn't like the pineapple juice she ordered. All in all, we liked the hotel. Love the location. We stayed on sunday night and the mall closed at 6 pm so not a lot of shopping time left when we got there at past 4 pm.”
