“The hotel was surrounded by many dining options and activity choices. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Plus, the front desk staff was very helpful and pleasant when checking us in. ”

“Typical Tru by Hilton hotel, breakfast is subpar at best, not worth waking up early for. The hotel has surprisingly dim lighting, which is somewhat odd. However, the front desk staff, especially Divy, makes up for these shortcomings. Divy is the shining light in the hotel, incredibly positive and enthusiastic. He greeted me with such warmth, likely the first ever to genuinely thank me for choosing Hilton. Throughout my stay, he consistently went above and beyond to accommodate my requests. Regardless of the hotel's overall quality, it's individuals like Divy who truly enhance the guest experience and leave a lasting impression:)”

“I was totally pleased that my beds were made daily- but that's all that was done. The linens weren't changed until my 4th and last night. My floor was not vacuumed the entire stay...luckily I am a clean person and a former Assistant Executive Housekeeper from the Marriott family of hotels . I checked the work of my ladies and ensured that the rooms were near perfect as we could get them. I usually leave a healthy tip at the end of my stay - but I felt betrayed by my housekeeper. I can make my own bed. The linens at least should have been changed the first night and the last night. ”

“For the same price at another Staybridge location, I was getting a whole lot less. My room here was about 40% bigger and there were more dishes. But my favorite thing about this hoteis is its social life. PLUS it has a basketball court. ”
