“The hotel was very clean, the room was very spacious. The breakfast that came included with the price was definitely added value. However the only staff member that I thought was friendly or welcoming was the attendant for breakfast but I did not get his name and sadly I didn’t see any staff member with a visible name plate.”

“The AC was leaking water & the TV wouldn’t work. We contacted the front desk and they said they will send someone up but they never came. The overnight staff wasn’t friendly and always seemed agitated. The microwave dinner I purchased were $14.00 for 2 hot pockets which is really over priced. The tub was peeling. You advertise that the rooms are updated and there not. Very disappointing experience. ”
